Matthew VennandClaude Opus 5 1cb043a704 feat(docs/product): add university datasheet and GDS-textured header bars
Adds a second audience-specific config alongside the individual product
sheet, plus several fixes to the shared template and build.

datasheet-universities.yaml: written for a department buying for a cohort
rather than an individual. Leads on per-student cost with a worked class
example, carries testimonials from Murmann and Pretl, and answers the
procurement and academic-calendar questions an individual buyer never asks.
US institution list, education@tinytapeout.com as the contact.

Template gains optional quote band, footer contact block, and conditional
eyebrow / doc ref / photo caption so both sheets share one template. The
hero photo now derives its height from the text column instead of a fixed
44mm, so the two columns always end level whatever the copy length.

Header bars carry the chip-layout texture from the tt-datasheet-artwork
repo, renormalised from its native ~7% alpha and rebuilt as black traces:
they darken the bar, so contrast with the white type goes up rather than
down. Bar colour moves from #040371 to THEME_SKY_BLUE #0c66ab, where the
texture is actually legible; the config key is renamed navy -> brand to
match.

Font subset rebuilt from the full Archivo to include U+03A9 — page 2 has
used "< 500 Ω" since the first build and was silently falling back to a
system face. build.py now warns about any character the embedded font
cannot draw, and validates HTML in the config for unbalanced tags and
malformed hrefs, both of which had shipped unnoticed.

# Tiny Tapeout product datasheet — all copy, numbers and colours.
#
# Edit this file, then rebuild:
# python3 docs/product/build.py
#
# Notes for editing:
# - Every text field is rendered as raw HTML, so <b>, <br> and <a href="...">
# work anywhere. Write a literal ampersand as &amp;.
# - Inside a "quoted" value (the table rows), escape any double quote the HTML
# needs as \" — an unescaped one ends the value and breaks the YAML:
# "see <a href=\"https://example.com\">the docs</a>"
# Values written as plain or >- folded text need no escaping.
# - Table `style` tokens set cell formatting, space separated:
# name bold, no wrapping (first column of most tables)
# mono bold + tabular figures (dimensions, values, signal names)
# num tabular figures (aligned digits)
# price bold red + no wrapping (pricing column)
# dim greyed out (em dashes, secondary text)
# center centre aligned
# - Table rows must have the same number of cells as there are columns.

<b>The €385 headline is one tile (€70) plus a demoboard (€300) plus postage

Silicon area and the demoboard are billed separately, so buying area alone
gets your design manufactured but does not get you a chip. Confirm current

faq:
heading: Frequently asked Questions
note: FULL FAQ AT TINYTAPEOUT.COM/FAQ
items:
- q: How long until I get my chip?
a: >-
Fabrication takes 6–9 months, then boards are assembled, tested and
shipped. Check <a href="https://app.tinytapeout.com/chips">tinytapeout.com/chips</a> for the schedule.
- q: Do I need chip design experience?
a: >-
No. Getting started documentation on the website and help on the Discord community helps beginners get started.
Thousands of past projects are public to learn from.
- q: What do I actually receive?
a: >-
Area alone gets your design onto the wafer. Add the demoboard to receive a
packaged chip, an RP2350 demoboard and a breakout board. Bare chips are not available separately.
- q: Which processes can I use?
a: >-
SkyWater SKY130, IHP sg13g2 and GlobalFoundries gf180mcu, each on its own shuttle schedule.
- q: Why would I only order area?
a: >-
Share the cost of 1 board between a group submitting multiple projects. Save costs by asking us to remotely test your design.
- q: What are the licence terms?
a: >-
Every design must be published publicly under Apache-2.0. The minimum
submission is GDS + LEF, produced with any toolchain you like. For full terms see <a href="https://tinytapeout.com/terms">tinytapeout.com/terms</a>.
